I bought more than one of these items. Unfortunately, my return period for the defective product has expired. One of the items was defective. I couldn't get the whole plastic strip out. The strip was very difficult to remove, so it broke off at the beginning of the strip. Now I can't use this cartridge.

I use an HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 Color M551 printer. I have purchased many non-OEM toner cartridges from various vendors and the Do It Wiser units stand out from the crowd. It comes closest to HP toner quality and very rarely has toner leaking issues (even with HP toner). I definitely recommend Do It Wiser toner cartridges for the price.

I bought this ink cartridge on June 23rd and there was only 1/4 of the ink left on the display. I don't type much either. I'm pretty sure I didn't even hit 200 copies when it says up to 6000. It also doesn't print properly. The photo shows that the yellow color does not go through the center of the image. Very frustrating.
