I am 60 years old. I have arthritis in my right wrist from working with my hands for years. Most recently 23 years at Tool & Die. I still work full time. This headband is comfortable to wear while working or sleeping. I just ordered a second one so I have one for work and one for home. Once you get the tension right, it can take about an hour, which is great. I tried 6 different styles. That is for me. I have XL and it fits great. Use a size chart.

Bought this for my husband who has repetitive motion injuries from joint work and interior decorating. The regular wrist brace with thumb rest didn't work much so I bought him this one that doesn't restrict the thumb. It is adjustable and made of soft fabric that limits wrist movement. Good quality and I gave it 4 stars because some materials may not be strong enough to do the job they do. In this price range, a replacement is slightly more expensive.

my first look at this cheap quality. Thin material and doesn't feel durable or heavy. I wish today's companies would give you an entry-level option and then a much better quality option.
