Improved Stability and Comfort: DonJoy RocketSoc Ankle Support Brace Review

First of all the product has helped my ankle to heal but the instructions are confusing and frustrating at first. Second, the product is very cheaply made. Band A began to unravel almost immediately and strips of thread kept falling off the bands. My podiatrist taught me a good donning technique on my first visit that was way better than written instructions. He was also unimpressed with the quality when I showed him the problems with the straps after my second visit.

Sizing says to order by shoe size; what I did. The orthosis was larger for a child or adolescent in the size ordered. Women's shoe size 7 was X-Small. I couldn't get it to fit any shape or form. I then took it to my orthopedist, he looked at it and told me to return it and get a medium. So I traded it for a medium size, but even the medium size doesn't feel right and doesn't fit right. I send the product back and this time I get my money back. Sorry DonJoy, this is a poorly made product!

They are amazing - if you have never tried a DonJoy product they are the best. Please note the sizing is for men (I bought this for my daughter) - although the size chart image is intentional - so please check before ordering.
