died a year later. Garbage. does not fit as is

Mustang GT 2010 like other reviews does not fit, too thick. It worked in the end, but next time I'll go OEM. A year later OEM installed because that one died

Doesn't fit 2010 Mustang despite Revain and .

Will not fit 2010 Mustang although both Revain and the Dorman website claim it should. This is much thicker than the original part which gets the channel in the way and prevents the actuator from fitting into the bolt holes. Otherwise, as far as I can see, everything is fine with the drive itself.

It seems to work, but a little wider.

I bought this from a local store but like other reviewers said it's thicker/wider than the stock drive. The screw holes and drive shaft are positioned correctly, but the case is slightly wider between the electrical connector and the side screw hole. Tried it on a 2011 Mustang. Also, I tried opening the case to see if I could change the gears from a Dorman case to an OEM case as the issue with the OEM drivetrain was a chipped tooth on the gear. Dorman gears are a different diameter and cannot…
