I like this belt, this kind of belt has been out of fashion for a long time, with fashionable people. But the two-pronged or "garrison belt" is the belt used by the military for garrison guard duty. I've loved them since I first wore them in the Navy. I have the original 1971 but it has been discontinued due to age cracking in the leather. I couldn't throw it away because it holds a lot of memories. Thanks for making them available again! ;-) If

My fashion brand's belts break after weeks. Several times I've strained them, like tools or when carrying them, and somehow the holes in them have popped. I got this with little expectation as it's cheaper than the ones I get in Ross. but so far it's holding up great. The only thing is that in the dark or without looking it is difficult to fix it in both holes

Switch between three different straps to give each strap time to dry and relax (believed to help with strap durability). Of course, two months later, after the return date, one of the belt holes broke out. I have done NOTHING other than just wearing, leaning, bending, or otherwise stressing the belt. REALLY CHEAP LOW QUALITY LEATHER. BTW the straps that arrived was a 42 inch strap that had to be cut to length and then blackened the open ends. POOH!
