Dove clearly pays lip service to the concept of a refillable deodorant system. This is clearly the worst deodorant idea ever conceived and implemented. The deodorant storage container is so small it's almost impossible to even hold it in your hands. In addition, the lid constantly falls off with a little pressure. And the cost of refueling? Horrible. It's a shame because the deodorant itself is fantastic - it smells great and is easy to apply. But the idea and execution is terrible.

I would love that, but the deodorant stick has no support at the base (nothing to support the sides) and gets soft. I live in Arizona - the pen is soft, difficult to apply and a little sticky after application. I'll probably keep this in the fridge to finish this wand, but won't be able to buy it again. It's just not good design, and it's very bad.

Expensive, but I thought it was a good idea. Broke on first use! The deodorant cake came off the base on the first swipe. Very disappointed! I really wanted this product. I even bought 2 refills. Update: I contacted Dove Corporation and they quickly responded that they are "at the beginning of their resupply journey and are still configuring our product". Translation: While it might be a good idea to reduce single-use plastic, don't buy it yet...they haven't fixed the problem yet.

I bought it in April to use on days when I don't need antiperspirant. So I only used it 7 or 8 times. covid🙄. I tried again yesterday. Approx. 3 months in a box. And it broke off at the base. It seemed fragile from day one, but I was careful and it was serviceable. Unfortunately I can't return it now.
