Great soap for everyday use!

I love this Mint Castile soap. Great scent and not too strong. It smells so fresh and clean. I use this soap for almost everything as is or add it to other ingredients. I made my own dog shampoo using this soap along with other essential oils. We had a flea problem this year and I use it along with lemongrass essential oil. Works perfectly! It comes in a 32 ounce size which I love. But I'll be back for more when we run out. I also use it to clean the floor as it contains mint which helps repel…

Good price for liquid castile soap!

I really like this castile liquid soap. I've used it to make a kitchen and bathroom cleaner and it works really well. The smell is wonderful. I believe that this brand belongs to Dr. Bronner's equal in many ways. It might be a little weaker in scent (not by much, if any), but I add an essential oil to enhance the smell. It is not liquid or diluted with water like some Castilian soaps. And it's a little cheaper than Dr. Bronner, so good value for money. My husband has psoriasis and other skin…

I love this soap best in body

This is such an invigorating soap. I use it as a shampoo to give my hair LOTS of volume and leave a clean tingle on my scalp. It is also excellent for body wash. I don't like shea butter peppers as they leave an oily smell on my hair. It's just mint soap. I'm disappointed because the company no longer ships to my area so I can't reorder from them!

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

As for lather discomfort, it's enough for a soothing shower; But when it comes to bubble baths, Castile soap isn't known for islands of foam—you'll be seen. What can I say, I love this soap. I get out of the shower feeling clean, fresh and smelling great; Also, this is my new favorite shampoo, it's not harsh - it irritates or dries the scalp (my hair is thick and frizzy). You can also use it to brush your teeth if you want to get in touch with your inner hippie (just a drop). As for the foam…

Good body material

Beautiful. Fatter than Dr. Bronner and softer, but sometimes I miss how strong Dr. Bronner was for my feet. There's nothing like kicking off your work boots after a long day and soaping your feet in a hot shower - its minty scent was so strong it filled the shower with aromatherapy and I just smiled and felt so clean and cool afterwards . the whole time. There isn't much of this stuff, but it's still an excellent soap.

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Expensive

Useful, inexpensive and versatile

Good economical product for making many household cleaning products. I know some people have complained that the mint flavor was a little overpowering, but I don't think that's true. This is of great importance as you will be diluting it for most household uses. I have used it to make an all purpose cleaning solution as well as mopping floors. I also use it for antibacterial hand washing as a family member has a weakened immune system. I find that the peppermint scent is a great way to mask the
