I intentionally bought these shoes over the recommended size for my 2 year old son. The fit was as expected. Although the straps are larger than his legs, the straps make it easier to adjust as he grows. It only took him a few minutes to get used to it on the first try. He's been walking around in it ever since. They feel comfortable and durable, with a soft foam insole and a firmer but flexible outsole with great traction. I love her, grandma loves her and so does he!

These are great little sandals that match the quality of more expensive brands. My only complaint is that they are very big! My daughter wears a size 8 in Sketchers so I'm a size 8 and they run quite large. There are three separate adjustable straps that allow you to securely fasten it. At the rate of growth, they will most likely last us for two summers. She has worn them on several outings such as the park and has done some light hiking and climbing in them with no issues and no blisters.

My son LOVES these sandals! They are GREAT FOR THE MONEY. 2 things to note: All adjustments are Velcro and there is no on/off latch. So if you hate the velcro adjustment on one side, this is something to consider. It doesn't matter much to us. Also, the sole may not be as stiff as some sandals BUT they are SUPER comfortable, similar to the soles of some very comfortable Hurley sandals my husband has. For the price they are excellent and while the soles don't prove to be as durable as some, what
