Boots look great and feel good according to my grandson, but the boot button snaps on the first pull. I thought it was an accident first time bad pair so I started with a refund/replacement and after getting a new pair I tried the toggle switch again and the same thing happened. It violates. I don't use force, I just pull with my thumb and forefinger. That's why I'm sending them back. Too bad, I really wanted them to work.
