I took it out of my pocket and noticed a pretty strong chemical smell. I wasn't overly concerned, just needed some air, but it's STRONG. The reason for the lack of stars is that the waist is not elastic, it is firmly sewn and does NOT stretch. My 4 year old daughter got loose on the size SMALL which is suitable for 6-7 year olds.
