CABLES INCLUDED NO RETURNS - Item is torn and soiled - Ordered another dress

I'm in California and ordered this for my granddaughter in Springhill, TN. When they opened it, the blue floral stitching came undone and there were black spots on the dress. I am reordering the dress and my sister in law will ship it back to Kolya, however NO REFUND SHIPPING LABEL is included. HELP!

Details on the dress are beautiful. I bought this for photos of my daughter's first birthday and it fit the occasion. Although it was a beautiful dress, the material was pretty cheap. The dress arrived with frayed ties in the front bow area and I had to be careful with the zipper. Definitely recommend for a child who is not that active (crawling, walking etc.). Newborn - 6 months.

Late delivery

The dress itself is beautiful, runs small. I expected this dress to be. I ordered this dress on Saturday and the delivery said so on Monday. On Monday the package was sent for the whole day. After 9pm the package is still missing and they changed the status from "No Delivery" to "Sorry We're Late". Received the dress on Friday. The party was already over and the dress was no longer needed. I was so annoyed!
