Good switch but poor quality control

When I open all the switches there are 2 different length springs inside. It's not just 1 or 2 feathers, it's 50/50 I wouldn't want another featherweight on my keyboard. Replacement requested, hopefully the next patch won't be like that.

mine were good the best of keyboards, mice and accessories

Lots of weird reviews about not working or similar. I don't know if I was lucky or what, but my whole batch of 110's went back to normal. No broken stems, no deformation. My ONLY complaint is that some of them came with a little bit of fat on the sheet. About 10-15 of them had some lube that I had to clean off, but other than that I love these switches and they arrived in great condition. I also have a Glorious Panda. Still, I prefer the Sacred Panda.

  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Badly broken switches

I open them to oil and remove the foil and notice that more than half of the switches are broken. This issue has also been reported on the DROP website.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Great switch but terrible quality.

I ordered these to make custom keyboards for my wife and I. Upon arrival the packaging was fantastic. They have a smooth, tactile hit and a great THOCC sound when tapped quickly. Felt fantastic. At least lubricate them when opening. In a pack of 110 there were 21 with broken legs from the touch foot. I'm not sure why the quality is so bad. And why is each feather a different length? Nobody knows. Wouldn't recommend it.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Contemporary

You get what you pay for.

Well I didn't have any quality control issues (switches without lubrication) and the delivery was fast enough. Not as tactile in my opinion as other cheaper switches on the market (T1, Zealios V2) to name a few. If you prefer subtle and not-so-sharp tactile bumps, then this is for you. If you want a sharp and noticeable tactile impact, I would suggest staying away from them. I will be returning and refunding them because I personally don't want that from a tactile switch.

  • New
Cons
  • Weight

I was worried my rear derailleur would have the same quality control issues that have been reported for the last few months such as broken stem legs, uneven Spring lengths and poor packaging which made the switches look like they exploded in the box but after inspecting half of the set received so far it has been very good. 1/2" thick packing foam to keep everything in place. All the switches I opened had the tiniest trace of thin grease, but I found this wasn't a problem and it at least seemed

  • Nice looking

  • sad packaging

Worthy purchase. in keyboard and mouse accessories

I should have seen the hype and drama surrounding these switches. I waited quite a long time hoping that this drop would fix their bugs and get the community liking them again, but I was terribly wrong. Half of the pandas were pre-oiled at the factory, despite claiming otherwise, while the other half were slightly scratchy and dry (which is preferable). But it's not all bad. After cleaning and living the entire set of switches I can say that these are the best switches I have ever used. They…

Large Heavy Duty Tactile Switches

These are for heavy types or those who like heavier actuations. I have a set of these and a set of Halo Clears. I love heavy rulers. They have a different feel than Halo Trues. I actually got them compared to Trues because the description says a noticeable hit with a very smooth reset bounce. I can only describe a shot similar to the MX Green but without the loud click. For typing, I prefer tactile and gaming rulers. If you really only need to pick one game AND you, I would suggest linear. If…
