The tape offers a wide wide temperature range performance (14F - 140F) for shipping and storage in hot and cold temperatures. The adhesive bonds strengthens over time for a long-lasting hold, which is perfect for storage. Its ultraviolet resistance eliminates yellowing and increases shelf life. Duck Brand HD Clear Packaging Tape meets postal regulations. Carrier/Backing: biaxially-oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film. Adhesive: acrylic. Thickness: 2.6 mils (carrier, adhesive). Adhesion: 25 ounces per inch (to stainless steel test panel). Tensile Strength: 31 pounds per inch (longitudinal). Elongation: 140%. Core: 3-inch diameter.

Terrible product

The tape is a terrible mix of adhesion to itself and poor adhesion to boxes. My duct tape was impossible to use without splitting in half, wasting half of it fixing it, and then not holding well in the box.

Do Not Buy - No Tears/Tears On Roll Of Clear Solid Strips. Very frustrating as you get streaks that don't go all the way through the belt and you spend all your time trying to get it clean. Buy Scotch Brand because they get it right.

Great value for money

I love this brand of packing tape. Has excellent adhesion. It's really awesome. Very clean, very strong and not too expensive. It's really good for assembling boxes and attaching postal labels. You can completely cover the labels to protect them with a fully transparent screen.
