The adhesive on this tape will stick to the object if you try to peel the tape off! Terrible product. I use scotch tape to stick plastic bags onto an acrylic notebook and the bags come loose over the course of the day. When you remove the plastic bag, the tape stays with it. With other brands, it will not leave any marks on the acrylic sheet. This will release ALL the remnants of the tape and stay on my board. This tape isn't completely invisible. The photo of the red square of paper shows the tape of this Duck brand in the right half (matte) and the transparent tape of another well-known brand in the left (red packaging, the brand begins with the letter S). As you can see the other brand is actually transparent and doesn't muddy the color of what's underneath.
