We will see if it really is waterproof, but does it matter? It has a mesh rim next to your head. Fits me loosely, but sinch cord makes for a good fit. I wear a 7 1/4 hat. I like how light it is, and the extra room will work well with my swag.

I don't like wearing hats because of the weight they have, this hat is light and comfortable. I can wear this all day. The hat can make people look unapproachable or unfriendly.

There's nothing that I really dislike about this hat. The wide brim is perfect for wearing in the sun. It keeps me cool during walks and just anytime outside in the sun.

This is a very durable hat. I have worn it hiking for a week in Montana, gardening, at the beach constantly, and several times in the pool. It doesn't fade, it doesn't lose shape, it doesn't stain. It stays on your head and doesn't slip, even when standing on top of a very windy mountain. It it lightweight and cool, and keeps sweat from dripping on my face from my hairline. It is my go to outdoor hat now. I liked it so much I bought one for my husband and daughter also.

I’m gonna use this for Autocross. Lotsa standing around in the sun. It fits well, the adjustable headband is fine, well vented.I’m not a "hat guy” but when I see my face burned after a long outdoor day, I curse myself. I always forget sunscreen and I really don’t like it on my face. Just got to remember to throw this in my race tote!For the price, you’ll be happy.

I think this hat would not fit men with large heads, for me its snug but still works. It works well under a hardhat, the drawcord clamp in the back does not interfere at all.
