Duncan 🔁 Looping Aluminum Translucent Plastic Review

Just learning how to play yo-yo at 29. I am nervous. If you don't have Duncan, you're doing it wrong. I need to look at this before I switch to a high end yoyo. Great shooting time and the colors really come into their own on this one. Lots of compliments and everyone is jealous, I'm the toughest guy at work when I drop my mullet and give that bad guy some jerks.

I thought since the price is a bit higher than the classic Imperial yo-yo, the quality will be higher, not so much! I can't say it works better and it comes with a very short, low quality string, like a wooden yo-yo that only costs a few dollars. I'll put a better longer string on it, maybe I'll like it better. I put a longer quality string on it and now it works much better.

Duncan Yo-Yo grew up and chose a familiar name. Looks good, feels good in the hand and plays like I remember it. The bearing inside is a cool replacement. It took about 5 minutes for the string to break. They used to work much longer, and with a stationary axis. Not sure what's going on, the manufacturer may include a different string with the yo-yo. Expect the string to break quickly, also order a pack of strings or maybe buy a different brand.

I've only heard good things about the Hornet so I decided to try it myself! This is an awesome looped yoyo! I have to say that the string he played was very, very weak. This lasted the full 30 seconds of the game before it clicked. I put on a new Slick 6 polyester string and it's been working great ever since! This is an awesome yo-yo for everyday 2A play, looping and basic tricks! I would recommend them to everyone, but would also recommend taking a type 6 string with you!

This yo-yo feels great to play with. It's not overly responsive to the occasional loop and feels slippery enough to just feel great even when thrown casually, but it's still very responsive. The response binding feels great. This is probably my favorite yo-yo cycle. It's just that good. I have several loopers including some YYF yyos. That's my favorite feeling.
