Purchased 10.5 X-Wide Black. The shoes have sufficient padding in the insole to minimize the stress on the feet when wearing traditional pumps with soles without padding. This is my second pair of men's Dunham captain boat shoes. I love these shoes. The factory arch support is a bit low for me, so I replaced the factory insole with an insole that gives me a little more arch support. You can wear shoes up or down. It looks great in business style and looks great with shorts and a t-shirt. They're good at the airport: they're quick to take off and put on. These are great shoes at a great price. I will buy it again.

I have ordered and am now waiting for my 3rd pair of Dunhams. Louviem. I can lace them up tight and wear them like regular lace-ups, or loosen the laces and wear them like moccasins. In any case, they are comfortable. I received a brown boat shoe 14 XW. The tan hides dirt and dust better than the blue boat shoes I ordered last time. They were 14 wide, which shows 14EEEE on the tongue of the shoe. The new brown 14XWs have 14 6E on the inside of the tongue. Both pairs instantly fit my duck feet comfortably. No time break required. The mesh on these shoes helps my feet breathe and cool down during the hotter months. The old blue pair lasted 3 years as pretty much the only shoes I wore.
