When you need to store relatively large items, under bed space is great if there is enough headroom. We're happy with the 3-inch increase that this riser offers. A word of caution that you may need to change veils to hide your hidden treasures.

Okay, good idea, but too weak to withstand actual use. A catastrophic failure of the riser resulted in the wide roll of the double bed piercing the flat top of the riser. BEWARE OF PLASTIC. I had to buy replacements and reinforce them with solid wood inside to take the load to the ground. (The photos below show the top and bottom views of the failed riser.)
