Didn't work at all and was scratched and they deducted $321.06 for the refill which is a joke as it was their product that got damaged.

This is literally the most perfect hair dryer. I was skeptical about the price and whether it was worth the money. But boy did I have a real treat the first time I used it. I look forward to showering and blow drying my hair and my hair doesn't feel dead when using this product.

It took me a little learning to get used to this hair dryer. Now that I've had it for a while I can say I'm happy with how quickly I can dry my hair. It's louder than my old dryer, but that's ok.
