Unfortunately my department replaced the Motorola mics and I had to look for a new earphone. This one works, but that's all I can say. It's hard to get lost on the radio. Listen to the reviews! I chose these headphones despite some bad reviews. The first 2 weeks was great. By the third week it started sounding static and then it started clipping to the point where I couldn't hear some of the radio traffic. I checked the connections and they were all intact and connected. I am sending this back to the seller for a refund.

Bought for duty. After 1.5 months, the cable came loose from the screw connection on my radio. It sounded like everyone was talking into a plastic cup. I tried to troubleshoot the issue but the entire core fell out of the case rendering the earpiece completely unusable. I'm looking for a better, "debtier" pair of headphones. Expensive but not forever.

When it works, it's great. I just bought my third in 6 months. It just randomly stops working. I've tried contacting their support team but they seem to be closed at all times. If you don't get it right, the piece won't want to stay in your ear. If you ever get into a fight with someone, don't expect it to be in your ear if they're handcuffed after it's all over. It doesn't cost any money, but until I find a replacement I'm going to stick with it.
