Great Service - Great Product - Awesome Customer Service

The tool is very intuitive to use; it has excellent customer support that will help you out whenever there's need (even if its 3am). It allows us not only track our own operations but also helps with management at an organizational level through reports generation/analysis which gives me peace knowing I'm looking after my business every day! Nothing right now apart from maybe some minor glitches regarding product tracking when we're using multiple locations together - however these can be…

Convenient and organized way of tracking inventory

The ease to create new pick lists from previous ones is great! It's easy enough that our warehouse manager could use it when he first learned about how we do things here at my employer (a large retailer). Also being able to export data into Excel was convenient as well because some times you have run out or need more space than your storage facility allows which can be very painful with traditional methods. I wish there were ways like this where if one person picks something wrong all items are

  • The UI is very easy to follow and understand, it's easy to just click around and figure out what the program can do or where all the settings and menus are

  • The program seems really good and i am very happy I'm using it
