Great Resistant Wallplate for Industrial and Scientific Use

i recently purchased this wallplate for my industrial electrical project and it exceeded my expectations. As a result of my tests I determined that it is self-test resistant and highly durable. The wallplate also has a sleek and professional design that seamlessly blends in with any industrial setting. Bought 6, none worked

This is a matte/flat black, just what I was looking for in terms of colour. Unfortunately none of the ones I got worked. I've tried GFCI from two other brands (and this Eaton) in two homes. Other brands worked flawlessly, while Eaton did not rule out installation errors. Somehow all of these Eaton GFCIs are buggy.
