I wear size 11 in US and 45 in this Ecco. It's a little loose, but it's too tight. I have been an ECCO fan for many years. Your product is superior to any other casual shoe. Dress shoes are a different matter (Allen Edmonds). When it comes to casual shoes, ECCO is the only brand I have in my shoe range. I would give this review 5 stars but there is one thing ECCO needs to improve: their laces! The quality of these shoes is excellent. Much has been written about size. Here's my take on it: They're definitely very far apart. But most of all it's the length. I just downsized this shoe 1/2 size from my usual size 9.5-10 to 9.0-9.5 and it fits well, albeit a little longer. I tried 8.0-8.5 as some suggested. I expected it to be too small, but it isn't. Shoes look great but I've had Ecco dress shoes for years and a size 44 fits perfectly. However, these 44 shoes are slightly longer and significantly narrower. They fit well but not as well as my other Ecco shoes. Also, my classic Ecco shoes have more cushioning. I would have thought that the sneakers would have more cushioning than dress shoes. I still like them and keep them because I think they look great, just not as comfortable as I expected. Just a little disappointed.
