I like that it allows me to see all of my transactions from one place, which is helpful when we are looking at our GLs or BUs in order make changes mid-cycle (i'm sure there's some workarounds but this tool helps). It can be difficult sometimes if you don't have enough experience with Ecconnect yet - they could improve their helpdesk by allowing users more freedom/responsibility early into training so people feel comfortable asking questions without feeling judged!
