Works well. Tartar protection could be better

Love the ingredients and the fact that it's fluoride free. You don't have to use a lot and it foams. It makes my breath smell fresh. 4 stars because it doesn't protect against tartar as well as I would like, even after brushing the same spot continuously for a while my teeth don't seem smooth. Especially the backs of my top front teeth, I don't know why.

Pros
  • Looks great
Cons
  • Useless features

Without a doubt the best tartar remover I have ever used.

Lasts much longer than pastes or liquids and perfectly cleans teeth from tartar. the taste, which is a combination of salt and strong mint, but not repulsive or bad, just different than what people are used to in pasta. It also has a slight tingling sensation.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Not trendy

Fairly foamy and lingering soda flavor

I like to use powder but the last one I used wasn't told how it was and it sticks with the setting for me. It also affects the flavor of the baking soda quite a bit, which I don't really like. I probably won't buy again.

Pros
  • High marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Can hurt

I found a good one for toothpaste

Used baking soda for 2 years to avoid commercial toothpaste and then even found "natural" toothpastes. This powder is my last try and it was worth it, love it, it's good for my teeth and mouth and I love ALL the ingredients and I didn't have to compromise.

Pros
  • handy thing
Cons
  • It's okay

Ideal for air travel

This is a great product for air travel. I like to fly with only hand luggage, so I try to avoid "liquids, gels and aerosols” as much as possible. This tooth powder cleans teeth perfectly and has a fresh, clean taste. It's enough for several rides, I don't have to worry about running out. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Without a doubt the best tartar remover I have ever used.

Works much longer than pastes or liquids and is excellent for removing tartar. Get used to the taste, which is a combination of salt and strong mint, but it's not repulsive or bad, it's just different than what people used to pasta are used to. It also has a slight tingling sensation.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

This product is amazing. My teeth have never been so clean

This product is amazing. My teeth have never been so clean! The idea of powder instead of paste takes some getting used to, but not at all. You simply wet your toothbrush, apply a small amount of powder to the toothbrush and brush! When I first used it it felt like an overpowering almost salty taste (baking soda) and it was very bubbly. Since use, the strong flavor has diminished over time. Will definitely buy again!

Pros
  • Economical - up to 200 cleanings per bottle and easy to use.
Cons
  • No Instructions

Great alternative to toothpaste in a tube.

I started looking for ways to reduce my plastic footprint. This product is bottled in plastic, but #1 plastic, which is widely used in recycling programs, which is not the case with tubes. This little bottle also takes up less space in my medicine cabinet and is generally less messy than a tube of toothpaste. The mint flavor is fairly mild, with a slightly salty undertone of baking soda. It seems to clean as well as the pastes. It's a little tough, but not much worse than the pasta I've always…

Pros
  • All the benefits of Eco-Dent Tooth Powder plus the added benefit of enzymes to prevent tartar build-up
Cons
  • Disappear

Less tartar, no ulcers, very clean feeling

It reduces tartar build up but the main reason I use it is to prevent ulcers. Until my dentist recommended I find a product with baking soda specifically for brushing my teeth to reduce tartar build-up, I was paying through my nose for toothpaste without SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate), which is severely irritating to the lining of the mouth. I've been using it for over a year now and prefer the cleansing feel of it to any paste. It just looks cleaner and fresher to me. I've had ulcerative…

Pros
  • Fresh, clean teeth. 100% cruelty free. No colorings or sweeteners. All natural ingredients. Packaging may vary
Cons
  • So far so good
