Works best in under cabinet lights

Works great. Used them to replace old fluorescent lights under cabinets. Added a Levitron home automation switch related to my wink. they are dimmable

Kitchen sink light is the best wall light

I know it's an under cabinet light but it matches my kitchen sink perfectly! What used to be a dark spot is now beautifully lit. It is connected directly to the switch and well hidden behind the padding. Exactly what I needed!

Have aluminum tape handy

This fixture was very difficult to install in the tricky spot over my kitchen sink. The position of the wire fasteners makes it almost impossible to close the clamshell lantern to the body with the wire nuts in place. (Some customers won't have an issue depending on where the cords enter the unit at home, which is why some gave this mount 5 stars.) Unfortunately, the location of the cords at home meant I wasn't able to close the clip effectively. Mantle attachment with all the pressure of wires
