Shoulders is little too tight

Is little small on the shoulders , I bought this because is cheap than Macy's , and Macy's sold out the color I want it ,but I think Macy's is better quality,

It's ok but missing the brooch and I have to fix the lining

It's ok. It doesn't fit threw the hole it's supprd to cross threw to lay flat. Has lose threads in the lining that has gaps big enough for my hand to fit threw. I'll have to fix the lining myself and did not come with a brooch. Would have gotten the nicer one from Macy’s if i’d have known I had to buy more for it and sew it before it's wearable. Now I have to go buy a broach and get my sewing kit out and fix the lining to have it ready for the wedding. Kind of disappointing since it's supposed…
