From the packaging everything was perfect. I washed it in a larger washing machine with the parameters indicated on the label. When that was done I opened the edge to find the seam had come undone, all the insides had come out and was now completely destroyed. Never used and now in the trash. I definitely don't recommend it. My Walmart comforters, which are 1/4 the price, have survived hundreds of washes in the same washing machine. Buy elsewhere.

Very comfortable and fun duvet. I like that it's cotton. This blanket is of good thickness, quality and feel and we felt comfortable on our hike. It looks like it will wear well with time and use. The matching overlays are well stitched but disappointingly thin. This is when you need to take a very good blanket with a few pads on a trip, but they are durable so no need to worry. I would definitely buy this set again.

Terribly stiff and uncomfortable and to be honest companies like Eddie Bauer make it unnecessarily difficult to make bedding the wrong sizes. According to the product listing, this "King" comforter measures 88" x 104", and it actually measures that (which is WAY too short on the sides of a 76" mattress), but then why are all the other Eddie Bauer Brand King comforters are 8" wider and measure 96" x 104". This makes it short and fits very poorly to the sides of any standard king size mattress…

Would not buy again for $100, that's the quality of a $35-50 blanket. I've had this blanket for almost a year and a half now. When it arrived it looked exactly like the picture and fit my king size bed perfectly. But I was very disappointed with how thin the material it was made of was. UPDATE: My duvet ripped after just a few uses. I have a pretty decent amount of duvets and duvets so none of my beds get much use. .I am using this blanket for the third time in the last 5 months. That means it has been washed 3 times. There is no reason it should be torn apart from the fact that the fabric is cheap. It also attracts lint and hair.
