Durable colorful first pair of binoculars

I like these binoculars for little (4) kids. They can see well through the protected eyecups. They are durable. My first gift to my grandson 2 years ago is still playing with him at 6 years old. I can also use them as a last resort because the glasses fit well over my glasses.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Nothing

Just right for toddlers

I bought this for my 4 year old granddaughter so we can see the moon at night. I tried to teach her how to use my binoculars but she couldn't get the moon to line up in her field of view (mine is much more powerful of course). Anyway, she had no problem finding the moon in her field of vision, and she liked that. She uses it for many things. She likes to use it to "spy" on the birds and squirrels in my yard.

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • Includes negative

Great for little explorers!

Bought 3 pieces for 2 preschoolers and a toddler. They don't always take good care of their belongings and these binoculars have withstood several falls. Children liked to use them at the zoo and on walks in the neighborhood. They're certainly not professional quality, but they still magnify the objects a bit and give kids a sense of exploration and excitement. Great gift for every little adventurer!

  • Price
Cons
  • Almost everything ok

Great only if you have a harness that is safe for a small child.

I happily gave this to my 3 year old granddaughter and she loved it. We went on our first outdoor adventure and when she walked, a loose belt did just that. Every time she lowered them to walk, they took a few steps and the belt snapped and they fell to the ground. It is not good if the child has to constantly lift them off the floor. Could you send me another strap?

Pros
  • Test Stability
Cons
  • Invalid

Funny gift but not for children under 4 years old

Received three of these gifts for three little friends: 2, 4 and 6 years old. she couldn't assemble it herself. Just wanted to point out that if you're buying for a young child, it might be easier for parents to remove the strap completely before giving it to a younger one. Otherwise the children were fascinated by it and the two grown-ups played spies, giggling and whispering a lot.

Pros
  • Multiple competitors
Cons
  • Speed

The quality is good, except for the lanyard

I bought it as a gift for children. They like to look through them and they work well enough for what they are. My only issue with them is that there are two break points on the collar to prevent the child from choking. It's certainly a good idea, but it's designed in such a way that they wear out very quickly and can't even support their own weight when hanging around my kids' necks. Watching birds and just looking at things. I hope to get them a telescope as a next step.

Pros
  • , a nice thing
Cons
  • I don't remember anymore, but there was something
