Has worked great every time. Best CFast cards for the money

I've been using 7 of these cards with the C200 since last October (2017) and they work flawlessly. I've used them on shots ranging from -5 degrees in northern Minnesota in winter to 95 degrees in southern California. Has worked great every time. The best CFast cards for your money. I trust them.

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • Not sure

Exceeded expectations!

I've been using this card for almost 3 years, shooting countless weddings, travel videos etc. 99.9% of them were shot in 4k 60 fps (Canon 1DX Mark 2) and had 0 dropped frames, 0 buffering warnings , 0 problems at all, even in extreme conditions it worked perfectly. After reading some of these reviews I'm not sure if I've just been lucky or what but so far it's been a great card and I'm really looking forward to getting another one!

  • Good stuff

It works. I had no problems.

It works. I had no problems. I don't think I can say more. I also bought an Evoke to see if there is a noticeable difference that would justify the price difference and in my experience both have performed the same.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • I'm nervous

Excellent value for money CompactFlash Cards

This is a great alternative to the very expensive Sandisc cards. Great value and totally reliable for a fraction of the cost.

Blackmagic URSA Mini 4.6k Raw Recording

I tested the EgoDisk on a Blackmagic URSA Mini 4.6K with various codes. From HD 1080p 24-120fps to Raw Loseless 24-60fps. I've found the only issues it has is with full lossless raw capture. 24-30 fps is fine, but higher frames are dropped. So a high frame rate above 30 will not work on this card. You need a card that writes faster. I would like to thank EgoDisk for an available map to capture in my raw settings. I guess give them more time and I'm sure they'll come out with a card that writesโ€ฆ

Great budget card for computer accessories and peripherals

I was skeptical at first, especially given the competition; Sand disk option, I didn't know if it would be reliable. Until a good friend of mine who shoots c200 recommended this card because he could shoot raw video on it. I've had this card for about a month and am currently using it on my Canon 1DX Mark II. The speed of the card is definitely fast and great for 4k 60, 120fps at 1080p on 1DX. No problem and it reads great on my Sandisk Cfast Reader. I have used this card for 4 weddings, 3โ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

I have three of these and have only used two with my Canon c200 so far. No problems with the Cinema Raw Light codec. I can edit raw files directly from the card. One of my three cards came in a different packaging, was somehow loosely packed. I just thought it was an old package, but after seeing some reviews of missing or corrupted maps I want to test it and make sure it works properly. I will update if necessary. Otherwise, it's a great card at an unbeatable price. I'd be interested in theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • So far so good

I have been using this CFast card for about 8 months. The card has been working fairly well until recently. The rest of the time we use an adapter with an SSD as we risk losing the footage. And rightly so, it happened while we were shooting something important. The map collapsed in the middle of filming. And I had to reshoot a few parts. However, this story also has a silver lining. EgoStore replaced the card and tried their best to get it to me and the new card works great. I hope this oneโ€ฆ

EgoDisk CFast 2.0 cards are good for use with Canon C200 Cinema RAW Light

used with Canon C200. So far so good, I've filled out the Cinema RAW Light card six times, some with lots of tiny short clips, others with 34 minute individual clips, just like filming during an interview. No drop frame warnings, buffer under/overflows, overheating warnings etc. So far everything is working fine with the Canon C200. I will be testing with the C300 MKII next week but I expect they will work well as Cinema RAW Light has much more bandwidth than the 410Mbps XF-AVC used in the C300

Pros
  • , good stuff
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was some
