Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can vouch for the fact that these wristbands are not designed with quality in mind. One pro is that they are advertised as being elastic and adjustable, however, in reality, they are not as adjustable as advertised. The cons are that they are made of cheap materials that break easily and the elastic stretches out after just a few uses. I would not recommend this product.

I waited a week of active use before posting a review. I am very active, boxing daily and also work as a dental assistant. The band is elastic enough not to loosen my wrist and strong enough to stay on my wrist where I want it. It's tight but doesn't stop blood flow. The only drawback is that it stays wet for a long time. But the pros far outweigh the cons. Since it has 5 straps I can wear the dry one while waiting for the wet one to dry if I want to.
