Customer service was phenomenal

These 'brown' pinecone candles are absolutely beautiful, they are even more stunning when the flame is lit. This is my second review as I had some issues with the original description of the site and what I actually received. This company's support team contacted me within a day to try and resolve the issue. I am completely satisfied and will definitely order another set/sets.

Beautiful Candles: Lighting and Ceiling Fans

These are very beautiful candles. They are excellent for decoration. Unfortunately, the description says it has a timer and remote control. It has a timer on the remote that you have to turn on every time. I'll set my other candles and forget. They show up at the same time every night and I don't do anything. If you don't care, they're worth it and flicker like a candle. Five candles in two nice sizes.

Test first! Defective goods

Not working! Battery operated and in my excitement I opened a new pack of batteries to try them out. To my dismay, the first cone didn't catch fire. I tried a different set of batteries but it still wouldn't turn on. So crazy. I should have tested them when they arrived but I waited until I had my Christmas decorations ready. These flameless candles should add the finishing touch. Spring. I will definitely come again!

Only one works perfectly

Bought and sent just 2 weeks ago for Christmas. After only 2 weeks one candle stopped working properly. They have a light inside that illuminates the entire candle and a light from above for the flickering flame. The inner lights in a candle are not lit and the body of the candle is now dark. Can't use them as a set as it's pretty obvious there is a problem with one of them as one of them is lit all over and the other is dark. Interior lighting should last significantly longer than 2 weeks! Now

These candles are beautiful. The "flame" is a randomly moving piece of plastic with a tiny LED underneath; The shimmering effect is very real. The candles themselves are made of wax, so the effect is very real. I was interested in the color - brown with golden tips. And here gold is no stranger; it gives clarity to the scales (otherwise it would look like dark brown spots all over the room). When I received it I was surprised that it took two AA batteries. My fault; Didn't read the description…

2 weeks ago I received the flickering candles from this seller and I was absolutely amazed at how realistic these candles were. I ordered pine cone candles which I received yesterday and I am very happy with them. They look so beautiful, realistic. Delivery was quick. I forgot to mention that when I bought the flickering candles, my remote control didn't work. Actually it was my fault.
