Bought these for my daughter's Halloween costume so she hasn't worn them all day yet. But she tried them on and loves them. They fit perfectly. I bought size 8-10. My daughter is tiny for her age at 63 pounds and 53 inches. They fit great and feel thick enough to be worn in the chilly Halloween weather when we're treating ourselves. (We live in Pennsylvania and it's usually chilly when we go out on Halloween.) They also seem strong enough that I don't think they'll snap easily.

I ordered an 8/10 for my 5 year old who is a bit short for her age but has a small tummy. Her normal pant size is an 8 (fits around the waist), but Ed's pants are quite long. These tights fit well and sit snugly around you without pulling them down. She also has severe eczema so some materials make her very itchy (especially tights) so I usually buy her sweater tights although not sweater tights, the material is very soft and doesn't seem to irritate her sensitive skin. .

I bought these after reading a review which said they weren't very thick, but also not transparent. I live in the south so it's hard to find tights to wear under clothes that don't make you sweat. Well, it's mostly pantyhose. They are transparent and I am very upset that I paid $9 for something when I could go to Wal-Mart and get something like this for $2.
