This is a great product if you have sensitive skin and need something to help you feel really clean. I don't use it every day but it really helps remove dirt from my face within a week.

I bought it for Christmas and wanted to try something new for my skin. Unexpectedly, I discovered that the lid was defective and the real product was leaking (and continues to leak)! Had high hopes but unfortunately can't give a proper facial cleanser review when the product steals your money due to a broken cap.

I was looking for a product that wouldn't dry my face out and turn it into sandpaper and feel like you just smeared motor oil on your face. This worked very well for maintaining good balance and keeping the face clear. In addition, it has a pleasant aroma. It's pricey, but it's not your typical toner where you need a quarter size so the bottle lasts a while. I've been using it for a year and have found that it works much better than Neutrogena. Doesn't smell as good as other facial cleansers. Seems to work as well as other facial cleansers I've tried. but I will use them in combination with my facial brush.

I am very disappointed with the packaging of this item. If you place it as designed and open it, the product will flow out. The inner cork on the top of the last two we bought broke. The product itself is great but given the cost and how much we lost due to the defect I think we should get a refund or at least get another bottle.
