I like that it is flexible and there are so many opportunities for growth. It can be stressful, but you have to be prepared for that. It's a great place to start if you want to work in medical staffing. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get into the field. The benefits are great and the pay isn't bad either. The recruiter that interviewed me could not find anything negative about my background or experience so he just said "Great! Let's get you started!"
