I received an HP EliteDesk 800 G1 desktop computer with the wrong power supply. I had a different power supply that I used. The noise of the fan and the clicking of the hard disk could be heard as soon as it was switched on, which meant that the boot process was not completed. I bought 2 of these at the same time. One came with bare wires in the power cord, but it still works. The other didn't have this problem. But both turned on but wouldn't boot at all when we tried it the first time. But it turned out that the components inside the cases were loose and didn't have screws holding them in place, so the connectors inside weren't connected, making it seem like it wasn't working.
