They're incredibly comfortable on the skin and don't have a strong scent like some masks. I wouldn't recommend it for super sensitive skin as the liquid will burn the eye area unless you are very careful to avoid it, but it's fine on the rest of the face. The packaging is very strong and very difficult to open, especially around the mouth, nose and eyes. The force to open the package can easily tear the mask apart. Overall I like them but wish there was a better way to open them.

I used to use gold face masks with no problem, but this one is so fragile that it broke trying to apply it and couldn't position it because it was constantly ripped and didn't stick after it first came off my skin. It doesn't say which side to apply to the skin, so next time I might try applying the other side to the skin, but I don't think it matters. I placed the side that was the inverted wet bowl of water against my skin.

Addendum to this review: The packaging is a bit difficult to open and there are no instructions on what to do after 20 minutes. wash face or not? I love how soft it is and the smell and my skin is soft afterwards. There's something really relaxing about wearing this while I'm relaxing.
