Good but there are better Eminence Cream Cleansers. Feels comfortable but does not remove makeup at all. A good moisturizer to wash first thing in the morning or when you don't wear makeup, but not for really washing your face.

I can't use this product on my face - it exhausted me even more. If you have combination skin, I would try the smaller size first. I used it on my body because I can't use it on my face. To be honest it doesn't work for me or a probiotic for clear skin. But I've heard so many good things about the altitude. You may need to be more used to the 10 step process. Likes but doesn't remove makeup, need makeup remover and I'm not a big fan of makeup like tinted moisturizer and mascara but that's it it not. even remove my tinted moisturizer. I won't buy it again, it's nice when I'm not wearing anything but it's rare because I have to use SPF daily

Great smell and feel but more like a moisturizer than a cleanser. Great for winter (or normally dry skin). For summer or oily skin will be too heavy. I love all of their other products, this one just isn't my favorite.

I really like the Eminence skincare line. I use several of their products but switched to this one from the Eminence Blueberry Cleanser. Both cleanse my skin well, but acai seems to have a more consistent texture and taste from batch to batch, so I'm sticking with it for now.

I don't think what I received was a genuine Eminence product and it was a replacement because the first order smelled of cleaning chemicals. I had a terrible reaction that required treatment by a dermatologist. I am concerned about all the Eminence products I have recently received from Revain. I was in front of the back window. Keep in mind that what you order here may or may not be genuine and may cause skin problems. Pay an additional $5 and get an authentic product at an authorized salon.

I use this product daily after wiping my makeup off with a tissue, most days I also use it in the morning. I don't usually dilute it (just wet my fingers a little) and apply 1 1/2-2 pumps of the product. I massage it on my face and neck without wetting it first. I take my time and massage thoroughly until most of it is absorbed into my skin (about 5 minutes), then rinse thoroughly. My skin may be sensitive to some products but not this one. This item is FAKE, do not buy! I decided to buy it from Revain as the salons are now closed. Luckily I still have some left over from the salon I bought a few months ago. This is darker, has a different consistency and doesn't smell the same. I bought another one from a dermatology store to confirm, and it's definitely a fake. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $12 on a genuine non-Amazon item!
