Eminence Tropical Vanilla SPF 40 Day Cream Review

I have been using Eminence products for years and they are fantastic. This new version of the SPF facial moisturizer is terrible. I contacted the company and their solution was to add another product. The product is NOT moisturizing AT ALL (I live in CO, very dry climate) and the white haze of zinc oxide lasts for an hour or more. Very dissatisfied with this"upgrade". Tropical Vanilla SPF 30 was great - bring it back!

I love this moisturizer. It's a bit thick, so I spritz some toner on my arm and mix it into my moisturizer before applying. Expensive but long enough. In the evenings I use another Eminence cream (age correcting manoi). I LOVE this but I need sunscreen so that's 2 products.

Still smells like sunscreen but this brand is my favorite so I'm not mad. Also a bit thicker than I expected. I prefer their black sunscreen.

Well done seller, just wrote to warn if SPF 30 was previously used. There is one big difference. This consistency is much thicker with the new formula and is almost entirely zinc based. I'm a man and the previous formula spread evenly over my face and softened. This product builds on dead skin (my chapped lips) and scratches and makes them fully visible. I've always used Tropical Vanilla Day Cream 32 spf and I love it - they changed it to 40 spf "pure mineral" in it is terrible. Send back!

I usually love Eminence products. I'm very sensitive to perfumes and fragrances so Eminence is a safe product as they use a light chemical scent or don't contain any. Unfortunately, this product has an odor that immediately gives me a headache, telling me that there is something artificial hiding in it. It also doesn't blend well and leaves a white cast on the face. I would not recommend this product.
