Unreliable Bike Stem Riser for Cyclists

Based on my experience with this product, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who loves cycling. The stem riser doesn't fit securely on the bike, which makes it dangerous to ride at high speeds. It also isn't durable and falls apart easily. It's frustrating because I was expecting something functional for my cycling needs. The only pro I can give is that it's affordable. But at the end of the day, it's better to invest in something more reliable for your Sports and Outdoors adventures.

Large Stem Adapter - Smooth Installation

Does exactly what it's supposed to do, raises the handlebars to a height. Mounted with some lubricant on the threads, always a good idea for steel screws in aluminum threads. Tighten the bottom bolt first, as the design allows for a tighter clamp, and tighten both bolts evenly, a little at a time. Do not overtighten or the aluminum will break. Street tires, padded seat and this stem make my old school mountain bike fun to ride again :)

Does not fit Specialized Pitch Sport

After a bad delivery and a second neighbor die Down the street ) I got my stem riser. It mounts easily and gives me the height adjustment I need. The problem was that it could not be cocked from either the top or the bottom. I used an aluminum pad to guide the handlebars. Then I drilled holes at the top and bottom of the adjustment slot and inserted stainless steel screws in each location. This prevents any movement. If you do not want or cannot do this and stop the skidding, do not use this…
