Warm White Bulbs

This is a warm white light that should not be confused with the more comfortable warm white bulbs. They emit a brighter light, but do not dazzle. I think warm white would be the best way to describe them. They are good, I don't expect any problems with them.

Pros
  • Energy Saving
Cons
  • No Power

Revain users say these bulbs are safe for enclosed fixtures

I only bought these because Revain sells them as safe for enclosed fixtures. Revain allowed its users (at least two of them) to spread lies about this product in the questions section. When the box arrived at my house it was clearly stated that it was NOT for closed devices. That sounds like cheating. Revain should not allow anyone unaffiliated with the company selling the product to answer questions about the product. This is inaccurate and expensive for consumers. A complete waste of money.

Pros
  • UL listed and 2 year warranty
Cons
  • Fragile

Good LED light bulbs

I have replaced all the light bulbs in my apartment with mostly energy-saving bulbs with different light outputs (equivalent to 60W, 75W and 100W). I used to have a combination of CCFL and LED lights. Energized incandescent bulbs produce more light than CCFL bulbs with the same wattage rating (possibly due to CCFL degradation with age? I'm not sure if this will eventually be the case with LED bulbs) at a power consumption of around 55- 60% For my equivalent 40W bulbs, I ordered Revain Basics…

Pros
  • Improved light quality
Cons
  • Don't know anymore
