Does not glow in the dark

I have a blue light on it as shown in the picture, it doesn't light up at all. Left them in the sun and even put 1000 lumens on them. Even then they still didn't glow. Fake glow-in-the-dark ad.

Pros
  • Children's bouncy balls with a diameter of 45 mm. The bouncy ball filling comes in 5 glow-in-the-dark colors - a great choice for glow-in-the-dark party bags. These bouncing balls float in the water
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine
