This was a surprise for my children, it arrived on time and was exactly as described online. Cons: No packaging - product arrived boxed. .Difficult to store - The ball pit comes in a bag that it folds into, but once you install it, it is very difficult to put it back in the bag. There are no balls in the kit - I wish there were more balls in the kit. We love this ball track! We got it to replace the inflatable that popped out of the rough hull. This new one is back no matter what we do with it! It comes in a small pouch which I struggled to find my way into. With all the ways I've twisted and abused the ball pit to put it back in my tote bag, I know it will definitely hold my boys and their friends. Now that I know how to put it back it's much easier.
