In real life the bag looked cheaper and less durable than the picture, mainly because of the cheap looking bag handles. I liked the bag itself, I liked the top zip but I found the straps too plasticy so I sent it back.

In general the bag is of decent quality. Slightly smaller/different shape than shown in the picture. The bag also didn't come with a colorful tassel as shown in the picture. Disappointed as this is one of the reasons I chose this bag over others. Might come back for one with a colorful brush.

Very cute bag for all my beach stuff. It's not the best bag, but for the price of $25, I got more than I expected. Hope it lasts a few years. I love the interior and the pockets. It has a zip pocket for a wallet and 2 small pockets for a phone and keys.

The pom pom tassel was a bonus and looks cute. It comes flat and folded so it had creases. They were easy to clean with a clothes steamer. Very good value for money.

Things sink to the ground and one of the pockets is not sewn up completely, so keys, wallet slip out of the pocket and get caught between the lining and the straw mattress. My biggest concern is that the straw on the handbag is already wrinkling/popping out of the fabric in about 3 places. I've only been using it for 3 days and I can't find any fault with my wallet. Very good, especially for the price. I buy a new straw bag every summer, but I think this one will last more than one summer. Nice stuff inside and out. With leather tassel and colorful tassel. The striped lining is nice and has multiple pockets. It's a little big for an everyday bag, but that doesn't bother me. There are always many things in my bag.

The bag (which is fine) had a faux leather tassel, not the colorful pompoms in the photo. Revain Chat says there's no way they can just send me the pom poms (which can be bought separately and of course they can do it for me for free). You would prefer that I return the item and replace it. Why? How do I know the product will be shipped as shown in the photo?
