Husband bought it for himself. According to the description it is for men or women. My husband doesn't have insanely large hands/wrists and this band barely fits him. He probably should have returned it instead of keeping it. To put it mildly, it's tight; but he kept it because it looks very nice. The quality is good, the color is pleasant, the strap is tight for a man. I personally (as a woman) wouldn't wear it.
