Yes, the bottle and description says cleanser, but it's actually a toner - apply to a cotton pad and wipe all over face. I heard this product is great for acne; I bought for my teenagers. They haven't used it so I should post an update in about a week. Minus one star for no results yet and another star for the (kinda) misleading description.
