1 star because they are so cute but other than that they are not functional. I should have listened to other reviews saying the same thing, they don't stay on baby feet and are uncomfortable to even put on and once (a few) times they don't stay at all. *Update* I still feel the same way. about the product but their customer service was great with a quick response, apologies and suggestions on how to improve my purchase.

It's so frustrating because I can't bring myself to return them as they are adorable but I have to. It's too hard to handle everything I need for babies my boots keep falling off! The velcro doesn't help because they are too wide, my daughter is 9 months old and 25% tall 50% heavy so she should definitely fit 6-12 months but she may not have boots on at all. VERY disappointed and will be back
