We needed a backpack badly so we gave it a try. The price was right and the size seemed right. It really is a very nice package. Lots of space and easy to carry. I've only used it once, so I can't guarantee durability. Access to various pockets is pretty good. Not great, but pretty good. The only issue we found was with one of the zippers. I took this backpack on a hike for several days and I feel comfortable writing a review. The bottom of the boot/wet area is only really good for frozen water bottles or other items you would expect to drip a bit like a used swimsuit. I really like the pockets on the waiting harness, they are good for storing a phone or wallet.
