🦃 14-Inch Ettore Turkey Feather Duster - Pack of 1 in Vibrant Yellow Review

This is a great little duster. I don't use it for the whole house but we have rocks and use it daily to dust our rocks and it works great.

Very small and poor quality. It's about half the size (in circumference) of a regular feather duster. Unfortunately, the return cost is more than half the cost of the duster, so it's not worth returning.

It was too expensive for a rag I could buy at the dollar store. Mad at myself for spending so much money on something so cheap. But it does what it's supposed to do, so there's nothing wrong with it other than the price.

I bought these to use for a wall paint effect - dusting with feathers. A few years ago, feather rags were stiff enough that if you dipped them in paint and smeared a wall, you could get a rose pattern. They are so limp that using a cotton paper towel will achieve the same effect. It was a disappointment. For the actual dusting a complete disaster. They scatter feathers everywhere.

My 8 year old daughter really wanted a rag. Apparently she was raising money for welfare, she wanted one. I got her to leave her money but got a lot of hugs in exchange for ordering this rag. I have this feather duster to dust off the intricate architectural models of houses that sit on the desks in the studio where I work. For that it works great. If you're looking for a rag that will last a lifetime, this isn't it. It's solid shop-a-dollar quality, from the lightweight plastic stylus to the tinted yellow tips. However, it's a great little tool for what it is and I'm glad I found it. The feathers are soft to the touch but hard enough to brush dust out of small crevices and around fragile items without having to move anything. It is excellent for chandeliers and balls.
