Custom size. The bulb is not held in the socket. The outside dimension (pin to pin) is equal to the inside diameter of the bushing. Also the wire that is in contact with the inside of the lamp base is not a solder joint.

These bulbs put out a decent amount of light and the price is great, but the base is slightly smaller than the original 1895 bulbs I replaced which made them a poor fit. I was also a little disappointed that the top didn't match the metal well, making screwing it in a lot harder than it should be.

Great bulbs. Nice and bright. I used them on a pinball machine and they worked with no problems. They didn't flicker or dim like some other LED bulbs I've tried. However more expensive. I can't tell you how well they work in a car but for my use it's perfect. Also, the light board did not have to be changed for them to work properly. I think that's what you should do when rebuilding an old machine.

I would give these unnecessary bulbs ZERO STARS if it was possible. They will burn and smoke when 12V is applied! WTF?! I first installed them in a 15v app and could smell them burning and dimming with every second. So I tried a couple of lightbulbs with a regulated 12V power supply and they still had noticeable smoke, an unpleasant smell of burning, and were still fading as they slowly burned out. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I pity the fool who went to great lengths to fit them into the dash only to see

The cost of the bulbs and how much I had to do to change my dash from an old greenish half-line to something I thought should be yellow, but it's more of an amber that's ok because I have an orange dash and vinyl graphics on the outside of my setup. The downside is I thought they were brighter than they are. In the pictures they appear brighter, but in reality they are barely enough to illuminate the sensor at night. In general they work and the color turned out to be satisfactory. If they were
